Deborah Faye Hurt, 69, of Edmonton, KY passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born in Glasgow, KY on July 20, 1954, to the late Harold Gene and Betty Sue Garmon. She was also preceded in death by a great grandchild Grayson Hurt.

Mrs. Hurt was of the Christian faith and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband Gail Wayne Hurt of Edmonton, KY; two children Danny Hurt (Kathy) and Sandy Roberts (Alex) both of Edmonton, KY; five grandchildren Jesse Hurt (Katy), Kali Mann, Alana Sexton, Raelynn Roberts, and Jaxton Roberts; three great-grandchildren Waylon, Whitley, and Sawyer Hurt; three siblings David Garmon of Glasgow, KY, Timmy Garmon of Edmonton, KY, and Donna Gail Thomas (Glen) of Glasgow, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, January 12, 2024, at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5:00-8:00pm and will continue Friday after 8:00am at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
