Sandra Diane (Adwell) Burris

Sandra Diane Adwell Burris, 63, of Glasgow, KY passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. She was born in Glasgow, KY on July 11, 1961, to the late Veachel and Lula Mae Martin Adwell. She was also preceded in death by her husband Danny Burris, two brothers Haskell and Paul Adwell and a brother-in-law Jerry Kinslow.

Mrs. Burris was of the Church of Christ faith and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandsons.

Survivors include a son Marty Stout (Holly) of Glasgow, KY; four grandsons Conner, Cannon, Cooper, and Camden Stout; ten siblings Willie Joe Adwell (Peggy), Doug Adwell (Robin), Terry Adwell (Allison), Howard Adwell (Linda), Jerry Adwell (Paula), Veachel Adwell (Donna), Bruce Adwell (Lisa), Larry Adwell (Doris), Margaret Kinslow, Carolyn Perkins (Donnie); a sister-in-law Debbie Adwell and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10:00am Sunday at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home.

Bro. Ray Woodie will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Conner Stout, Cannon Stout, Bert Smith, Eli Gilliam, Adam Yarberry, and Tyler Sherfey. Honorary pallbearers will be Cooper and Camden Stout.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
